Junior Reviews, Class of 2011
The RVHS Counselors will be hosting Junior Review Sessions beginning on Monday, 2/8 through 2/18 during ACCESS. Juniors have been scheduled in small groups. You may view the schedule by clicking on the Counseling link above, click on Junior Review Schedule. Parents are welcome to attend with their student. Counselors will review the following:
1. College entrance exams, ACT or SAT. When to take them, which one to take? Prep classes available.
2. The College Search - Where to start? What do I need to get in?
3. Majors and Careers
4. College Visits - When to do them; How to find them; How to schedule them?
5. The Application Process - Letters of recommendation - The Common Application
6. Scholarship Search - Where to find them?
7. NCAA
Be ahead of the game going into your senior year! Attend your Junior Review.
